The Joseph Sylvester Construction Co., Inc. announced the ribbon cutting of its’ newest development, Shepherd Self-Storage of Boardman located at 7469 South Ave. in Boardman, Ohio, on Friday, November 16th, 2007. The 108,000 sq.ft. facility is to be used for Mini-storage, RV, automotive and boat storage. The Mini-Storage units start from 5x5 sq.ft up to 10x25 sq.ft. to ensure that it has the right size for its customers! Drive-up units start at 600 sq.ft., and there are larger spaces with loading docks available as well as some retail space! Climate controlled and secure, the facility is aimed at being the areas’ premier storage facility.

Known as the “Former Sam’s Club”, the building was reborn into a storage facility with the creative minds of The Joseph Sylvester Construction Company and it’s partners at SDDS Investors.
